Mumbling about a Revolution

This is the second article I’ve read in a week that warns that revolution is on the horizon if the rich don’t start paying their fair share in taxes. I think these articles are adorbs and mean well! But I am…skeptimacal.

Full disclosure: I absolutely ADORE the visuals from “Marie Antoinette.” If only the greedy  rich were this pleasant to look at.

I think that, as long as a sizable portion of the population’s response to learning that some people earn a living wage and have decent benefits is to immediately try to strip these public servants of their decent living instead of immediately asking “Why the fuck don’t I get that?,” there is pretty much no hope for a rise in sales of guillotines.

Americans are too dumb, too lazy, too apathetic to do anything about our appalling wealth gap. Revolution? AIN’T. GONNA. HAPPEN.

Americans also tend to revere wealth and the wealthy, thinking that rich people actually are special snowflakes who ACHIEVE and CREATE JOBS, even though there is precious little evidence to support that assumption (Especially recently. Where the fuck are the JOBS, rich people? Still feeling insecure about making record profits and being richer than ever?). I got news for ya: Rich people are just as dumb, ugly and lazy as the rest of us. Probably lazier!

Yeah, Americans are stupid and think that rich people are inherently smarter and better. Even though people like this and this exist. Note to Donald and Paris: y’all are rich enough to buy good taste. It’s clear you are both pretty disgusting, but there are interior designers, stylists, voice coaches, etc. that you can pay to have good taste for you. Still, you remain tasteless and disgusting. What’s up with that?

But I digress. Revolution is not going to happen. Not so long as there are enough people like this living here:

During the next 10 years I predict a situation in that of which many people in this country that are dependent on social programs, have the cord cut(i.e., we cant pay the fat welfare mom on disabilities any more) . This in turn will lead to an obliteration of welfare programs, because we will SEE what type of people are rioting(i.e. YOU, blacks, mexicans, whit trash,40,000,000 americans on DA), and know we are not hurting anyone, of any real consiquence(i.e. they DON’T PRODUCE ANYTHING!!!), AND SHUT IT DOWN, placing more of my hard earned paycheck in my pocket!

  1. Decades of Randroid propaganda have paid off for those who fund it.~

  2. but there are interior designers, stylists, voice coaches, etc. that you can pay to have good taste for you.And ARCHITECTS. especially them.…placing more of my hard earned paycheck in my pocket! He's so cute, thinking that.

  3. And ARCHITECTS. especially them.Of course! He's so cute, thinking that.Yes. Because the reason he's not doing as well he thinks he should is because of welfare recipients? The mind boggles.
